6 tbls. Butter
6 tbls. Flour
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
2 cups cooked chicken pieces
Prepare white sauce with above ingredients adding the chicken pieces. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Spread corn meal mixture on top:
1/2 cup corn meal
1/2 cup flour
1 tbl. Sugar
2 tsps. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Soda
Mix ingredients in bowl. Cut 1 1/2 tbls. Shortening and 1/2 cup sour cream. Spread on top of chicken dish. Bake at 400 for 25 or 30 minutes, til brown on top.

Dr. Pepper Pork
Ingredients:
1 Boston butt pork roast (name sounds weird but it comes from the shoulder- i promise)
20 oz Dr. Pepper
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 small can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
Garlic salt
1/2 onion
Instructions:
Salt and pepper the pork. Throw it in the crockpot, put it on low, and add the bottle of Dr. Pepper (or Coke, Pepsi, off brand coke, whatver). Add the BBQ sauce, peppers, and garlic salt. Chop up the onion and add that too. Cook on low for about 8 hours. Shred and eat as is or eat it on a bun.
